About us
At Evergreen Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services, we offer a comprehensive array of dispute resolution services designed to assist individuals, families, businesses, and communities in resolving conflicts in a respectful, cost-effective, and neutral manner. Our mediation services include family mediation, civil mediation, construction mediation, strata mediation, as well as civil and commercial arbitration. We also specialize in strata bylaw arbitration and bylaw enforcement disputes, providing efficient resolution processes tailored for strata councils and property management companies.
We are proud to announce our acceptance into the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia's roster of arbitrators, now authorized to handle arbitration matters valued up to $1 million. This accreditation enhances our ability to provide timely, fair, and binding dispute resolution services as a viable alternative to litigation.
Additionally, we offer supervised visitation and supervised exchanges to support families during challenging transitions, along with court reports to assist in legal proceedings. We are also excited to share that Gladue reports will soon be included in our expanding suite of services.
