At Evergreen Mediation and Conflict Resolution Services, we provide a wide range of professional services designed to help individuals, families, businesses, and communities resolve conflict in a respectful, cost-effective, and neutral manner. Our offerings include family mediation, civil mediation, construction mediation, strata mediation, and both civil and commercial arbitration. We also specialize in strata bylaw arbitration and bylaw enforcement disputes, providing efficient resolution processes for strata councils and property management companies.
In addition, we offer supervised visitation and supervised exchanges to support families through challenging transitions, as well as court reports to assist with legal proceedings. We are also excited to announce that Gladue reports will soon be available as part of our expanding services.

Tobi is a qualified mediator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia (ADRCBC) and an Associate member of Mediate BC.
Our mediation services focus specifically on:

Supervised Visitation Services
We also provide:
• Professionally supervised parenting time
• Detailed supervised visitation reports
• Court-ready reports when required
Our supervised visitation program is structured, neutral, and child-focused, with clear communication and professional documentation.

NEW: Free & Low-Cost Mediation Program (Launching March 1, 2026)
We are launching a new Free and Low-Cost Mediation Program beginning March 1, 2026, running through the remainder of 2026.
This program offers:
• Limited mediation hours per month per client
• Reduced or no-cost mediation sessions (based on eligibility)
Please note: Fees do apply for document drafting services, even within the free and low-cost mediation program.
This initiative is designed to improve access to family mediation services while maintaining professional standards and quality support.
